How can I contact Nollywood Movies?
At Nollywood Movies, you can contact us anytime, for any reason at customerservice@nollywoodmoviesonline.com. If you want to report a technical difficulty experienced while attempting to order or while browsing our store.
What if I am looking for a movie that is not listed on your site?
If there are any movie you would like to order, that is not available on the website please email us
at sales@nollywoodmoviesonline.com. We will promptly get back to you with an estimated arrival time.
As you well know, our policy is to offer top notch service at the best possible price. We love movies,
and we want you to enjoy them at the right price, and as quickly as possible.
I have a comment/feedback for Nollywoodmoviesonline.com, who do I send it to?
All prices are in us dollars. All items are VCDs unless noted. You may send all feedback to customerservice@nollywoodmoviesonline.com.
How much will it cost for shipping?
All orders ship free within the USA. Orders outside the USA incur additional charges.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
We can ship anywhere in the world, however shipping rates outside the USA will be more expensive. Any shipment outside the USA will incur additional shipping charges.
How do I know when my order was shipped?
Our system will automatically email you an order confirmation once you have placed your order. We will email you a second time with a shipping notice to let you know that your order has been shipped. Items usually arrive within 4 business days of ordering, if any delays occur, you will be notified.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times are dependent on the postal service, but movies will usually arrive within 3-4 days. Please also note that if your information was entered incorrectly (by you) and the item is returned to us, you will need to pay an extra shipping fee to have it resent to you.
Does the final amount charged to my account reflect the applicable customs charges and taxes for my Country?
It is your responsibility to pay all applicable customs fees and/or taxes (there usually are none, however it can occur).
How do I cancel an order?
If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by sending an email to orders@nollywoodmoviesonline.com. Please be sure to include your full name and telephone number. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed. All cancellation requests will be confirmed by email.
What forms of payment does Nollywoodmoviesonline.com accept?
We currently only accept Paypal payments, and orders are shipped as soon as your payment is processed.
What is Nollywood's policy on returns?
For U.S.A. orders, you have up to 5 days from the shipping date to return defective or damaged products. We guarantee your satisfaction with all of the merchandise we sell. You may return non-defective merchandise for a full refund of the purchase price (we are sorry to say that shipping charges cannot be reimbursed). Please return all items by USPS Air Mail. Defective products will be replaced with the same product that was originally purchased. Please email customerservice@nollywoodmoviesonline.com if you would like to arrange a return.
Do you sell wholesale/bulk orders?
Looking for larger quantities of items. We offer wholesale lots on almost any item. Simply email us at wholesaleorders@nollywoodmoviesonline.com and we will be glad to give you a quote.
What is Nollywood Movies' privacy policy?
Nollywoodmoviesonline.com understands that all of your information is private and at no time will it give out any information, even email addresses, to third parties or partners. Your information is kept private and you will not receive Spam emails from us.
I am a movie Producer/Distributor; can I list my products on your site?
Of course, simply send us an email at sales@nollywoodmoviesonline.com and we will be more than happy to consider adding your items to your site. And as always, we reply to all email within 48 hours.
